All FiiT memberships are pre-paid and non-refundable.
FiiT.sg memberships are non-transferable as they are linked to the company that makes the subscription.

For employers/HRs - If one of your employees leave the company, his/her membership will be transferred to your company’s new hire. However, the new employee will get the full amount of credits (i.e. 720 credits) regardless of the period of enrolment.

For employees - If you switch jobs, do encourage your new employer to sign the team up for FiiT.sg memberships as well!

Make sure that your browser pop-up blockers are configured to accept pop-ups from FiiT.sg, as coupon redemption and other goodies are processed via pop-ups for your convenience!
The redemption of FiiT Perks is a convenient process. Simply click on the Perk you are interested in, read the accompanying Terms and Conditions, and “UNLOCK” it!
You do not have to print out vouchers that you would like to redeem. Based on the type of promotion you are redeeming, you may either flash your mobile device at the point of payment, or enter a discount code on the online merchant’s e-commerce site before checking out.
Do bring your NRIC along and present your e-Voucher on your mobile device whenever you are redeeming a Perk at a physical store or restaurant. FiiT Perks are exclusively for members, and the on-site verification helps us ensure that members are given priority when redeeming the Perks at all our Partner Merchant outlets.
Depending on the T&Cs of each Perk, redemption may involve a minimum spending amount or a specific purchase-with-purchase deal. Do read the T&Cs before redeeming each Perk to avoid potential inconvenience or miscommunication.
Do redeem your FiiT Perks within the stipulated membership validity period, as unused credits will not be rolled over to the next year, and are not transferable.
Some of our partners require you to furnish them with a photo-ID at the point of purchase. If you do face any problems when redeeming the Perks, simply drop us an email at ask@fiit.sg and we will sort you out!
Once a redemption is made, the credits are deducted from your account. We apologise that users will not be able to make claims for Perk that have not been redeemed within the stated promotional period.
